Terms of Service

If you request an order, it means you have agreed to my terms.

Order Process

1. Reserve Slot

•    I’ll be posting an early notice on my social media before opening commission reservations.•    Commission slot can be reserved only through Google Form. Direct Messages, Notes, or Comments won’t count as reservations.•    It is first come first serve. Check the Waiting List for available slots.•    There is no limit on the number of slot reservations per person if there are available slots.•    Please check carefully through the information of the Commission Type you want to request.

2. Wait for your turn

•    When you have your slot reserved, please wait until it’s your turn. I’ll be contacting each person in the order of the Waiting List.•    Keep in mind that the waiting time can take very long due to your position on the list. You can cancel your reservation at any time.•    I’ll email you when it’s your turn. Then you can send me your full-filled request form. Please attach reference images (PNG, JPG/JPEG, GIF) in the email itself. I won’t accept unsafe linked references.•    If you don’t reply within three days, the slot will be automatically canceled.

3. Accepting your request

•    When I receive your request form, I’ll check if I can work on it. Then I’ll inform you of the total price calculated.•    After the full payment is received, I’ll start working on your commission.•    If you don’t have money on your turn (not able to pay within three days), you can ask me to postpone or cancel your reservation slot.

4. Wait for your commission

•    You’ll receive your commission as soon as I finish working on it.•    All commissioned artworks are DIGITAL only (PNG, MP4, GIF) and will not be physically shipped.

Payment

•    The prices on this site are based on USD. I only accept payments through PayPal.•    Please only pay after we’ve discussed the price and when the invoice is sent. Any payment before this, I will assume it was a donation.•    I only start working with your commission when I receive full payment.

Refund

•    If the commission is not finished on time, you’ll have a full refund.•    You can cancel or ask for a refund only during the sketch stage. After that, there won’t be any refunds.
      •    100% refund: when I didn’t start working on your commission.
      •    75%-50% refund: when you have received sketch confirmation.•    You’re not allowed to use the commissioned arkwork (sketch) if you’ve canceled your order in the middle of the process.

Additional Fee

•    I can reject your commission request if I think it’s difficult for me to work on it.•    There will be additional fees depending on how much complicated and detailed elements are shown.
      •    Long hair than shoulders
      •    Wavy, curly, lots of hair
      •    Pet, object, wings, weapon
      •    Detailed/complicated clothes (patterns, laces, ribbons, frills, armor,…)
      •    Accessories, tattoos
      •    etc.•    There will be additional fees if the references are mainly inspiration images and if I have to design the character. The fee will depend on how detailed the descriptions are.•    There will be additional fees if you would like bigger size of the commissioned piece.

Supporters

•    Ko-Fi Monthly supporters can ask for 1 free additional animation on character commission.

Work Process

•    The work process takes between 1 day to 2 months (60 days), counted from the point I receive full payment.


•    The work process of animation commission takes between 1 day to 3 months (90 days), counted from the point I receive full payment.


•    I work with Waiting List System so I can’t work on a specific deadline.


•    During the process, you’ll receive sketch confirmation. When you receive the sketch confirmation, please check the sketch overall to see everything is okay because there won’t be any changes after this stage.


•    When the commission is finished but there is something wrong:
      •    Because of weak information and reference, I won’t change it. Or you need to pay extra for the change.
      •    Because of my mistake, I’ll change it free of charge. Please feel free to ask.
      •    But even if it’s my mistake, if you don’t point out the mistake or answer the last email in 7 days (1 week) I won’t change it.


•    If something is missing on your request form, for example, a specific angle or composition, I will draw with my artistic freedom. I normally don’t ask for more information for such thing so if you have something specific in your mind, please include it in your request form.


•    I use free assets and my own assets when drawing, so some things on the commissioned artwork might be used in my other works.

Can do

•    Original / Fanart•    All gender / All age•    All kind of couple•    Humanoid formed characters•    Animal / furries / anthros / monsters / creatures•    NSFW (Adults only)

Can't do

•    Genre that is officially prohibit selling fanarts•    Genre or theme that might cause trouble•    Real person as character (I can try but cannot guarantee)•    Adult + child couple

Restrictions

•    I (Kappy) have full rights over the commissioned artwork.

•    Every commissioned artwork will have my signature on it, you’re never allowed to remove it nor cover it.

•    All commissioned artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The commissioner is never permitted to use the commissioned artwork commercially.

•    These are strictly forbidden:
      •    Commercial use
      •    Edit/modify or trace
      •    Claim credit
      •    Distribute or merchandise
      •    Make profit / sell as NFT
      •    Use for advertising
      •    Use as AI education
      •    etc.

•    I only allow the usage on Twitch, but it is limited to emotes, alerts, badges, flairs, panels and overlays. Other usages are strictly forbidden.

•    If you’re looking for a commercial commission, contact me at [email protected] and we will discuss how it’s going to work. This process must be worked with contract and keep in mind the price will be raised.

•    Resizing or cropping the commissioned artwork for personal usage is permitted.

•    I won’t accept private commissions. Your commissioned artwork might be displayed on my Social Media and my portfolio. It can also be shown on my speedpainting or tutorial videos.

•    If you don’t follow these rules, you’ll be banned from commissioning me.
